Linzer cookies are a traditional sandwich cookie based on the classic Austrian cake, Linzer torte. Made with finely ground almonds in the dough. They are filled with a delicious raspberry and apricot jam and dusted with powdered sugar before serving.
They are as delicious as they are gorgeous. It goes well with your tea and coffee.
Ingredients:
Almond flour, Pastry flour, Butter, Powdered Sugar, Egg, Vanilla extract, almond Extract, Baking powder, Salt, Raspberry Jam and Apricot Jam. (May contain Egg, Milk, Sesame, Pumpkin seed, Flax seed, Caraway seed, Sunflower seed, and Poppy seed)
