Our Story

​The switch from a life of engineering in the oil & gas industry to owning a bakery came in 2018, when we received overwhelming positive feedback from our children's teachers after gifting them a box of Linzer Cookies during the holiday season. After jokingly being told that we should open a bakery, the idea took on a life of its own. Starting small and joining forces with one of our friends who believed in us, Eclipse Bakery was formed.
